Geet Fateh of Pura Vida Your Life, has been holding monthly Group Alchemy Sound Immersions each month since November 2022. These are intimate events and places are limited to 10 places – so book your spot to avoid disappointment.
I invite you to join me for an hour of sonic massage from head to toe. I will guide you to deeply relax with some gentle breaths and then guide you further into a deep meditation whilst playing the beautiful Angelic Alchemising Crystal Singing Bowls, the magnificent Ancient Acoustic Healing Gong, and Koshi Chimes – to create a healing vibration that surrounds, entrains and allows an inner balance to emerge in the self. The internal adjustments experienced are transformational.
Helping you to improve your health and wellbeing, getting rid of those niggling aches and pains. Reduce your stress levels and anxiety, helping you to sleep better, elevate your mood and develop a deeper connection to you in a more natural and balanced state.
Energy and Sound Therapy is deeply relaxing and profoundly therapeutic for your mind, body, and soul. The vibrational frequencies enter deep within the body and work at a cellular level to restore balance and enhance a greater state of wellbeing.

The Serenity Barn is a beautiful welcoming space set in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. This really is a haven of serenity with rustic charm, and you instantly feel relaxed as you enter the space.
There are a host of classes and events that take place here each month and as well as holding monthly Sound Immersions here, I also hold workshops and retreat days here. I really enjoy being in this serene space supporting a healthy balance of the mind, body and soul.
All equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring you own pillows/cushions and blankets for your own comfort. Also remember to bring water to stay hydrated.
