In the Winter Solstice the Sun’s cycle waxes and wanes over the course of the year. It reaches a peak at each solstice, it stops and begins and begins and change in direction, which affects all life on Our Great Mother Earth.
The Solstices are a time to stop, to look back on where the year’s cycle has brought you to, and to look forward to how you will use the developing energy. When the light is decreasing at the time of the Winter Solstice, nature and life as a whole is integrating itself, going within, exploring inner wisdom and inner truth.
In the Northern Hemisphere, Winter Solstice falls on Friday 22 December this year (2023) and marks the period with the fewest daylight hours of the year, making it the shortest day and longest night. Here the great Cosmic wheel stops and begins again a new cycle of increasing day light and warmth.
Winter Solstice is a time for journeying into our inner darkness, connecting with our soul dreams, and our vision for the year ahead. It is a time to celebrate the rebirth of the Sun at this time of year as a promise of renewal.
As nature drops into a state of dormancy, much is happening underground with the seeds dreaming quietly in the earth, holding their potential and energy for the year to come. Trees are holding their energy in the roots, dropping their leaves ad bringing their focus deep within.
Similarly, we move into more introspection at this time of year, a time to reflect and to release ourselves into dreaming of what we would like to do, be, and have in the year to come. A great time to connect with your inner wisdom and magick.

Suitable for people who are new to or experienced in ceremony but sadly not during the first trimester of pregnancy. Or if you have a pacemaker or suffer from epilepsy. And if you wear a hearing aid, please turn them off during the Sound Immersion.
About your facilitator:
Geet Fateh is a Shamanic Energy Healer and Sound Alchemist. She herself has been on a deep personal transformational healing quest, overcoming and recovering from crippling anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. Taking charge of her health and wellbeing, with the use of Shamanic ancient practices and traditions.
Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition and moreover, a way of life. It is a way to connect with nature and all of creation. You could view shamanism as the universal spiritual wisdom inherent to all beings. As all ancient spiritual practices are rooted in nature, shamanism is the method by which we as human beings can strengthen that natural connection.
Geet Fateh transitioned her career out of the corporate world, into the Holistic Health and Healing Arts World, and is now wholly devoted to her life’s purpose; to be in service to Humanity and Mother Earth.
With over five years of experience in empowering and helping people to bring about positive change and create the lives they love. And more recently in the past few years, her healing gifts have escalated with the use of the Angelic Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and the Magnificent Ancient Sacred Gong. And other Sound healing modalities, tools and instruments to take you into deeper states of rest and relaxation to heal the mind, body and soul.
