Geet Fateh of Pura Vida Your Life, has been holding monthly Group Alchemy Sound Immersions each month since January 2022. These are intimate events and places are limited to 12 places – so book your spot to avoid disappointment.
I invite you to join me for an hour of sonic massage from head to toe. I will guide you to deeply relax with some gentle breaths and then guide you further into a deep meditation whilst playing the beautiful Angelic Alchemising Crystal Singing Bowls, the magnificent Ancient Acoustic Healing Gong, and Koshi Chimes – to create a healing vibration that surrounds, entrains and allows an inner balance to emerge in the self. The internal adjustments experienced are transformational.
Strengthen the immune system. Stabilise and harmonise any tentative inner struggle. Witness the radiant self, the boundless, spaciousness of consciousness, and awaken to the Truth of Being, whole and one in the One Life.
You will leave the session feeling deep peace, calmness, joy, and bliss.

All equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own pillows/cushions and blankets for your own comfort. Also, remember to bring water to stay hydrated.
The Basement Snug is a beautifully cosy and welcoming studio in the heart of Kenilworth. This is a very special space to support us in providing a sanctuary to meet, connect, conversation, for movement, and calm.
There are a host of events and workshops that take place here each month and as well as holding monthly Sound Immersions here, I also hold workshops and retreat days here. I really enjoy being in this space of blissful tranquillity.
