Kundalini Yoga is a a Spiritual Practice and when you attend a class you will be immersed into an experience. The practice of Kundalini Yoga works to enhance our experience of living as human beings through applying some foundational elements of the practice: kriya (movement), breath, sound, and meditation. The combination of these elements serves to bring us into a balanced and harmonious state of being – Geet Fateh Kaur
“It is our birthright to be healthy, happy and holy and the practice of Kundalini Yoga is a method of claiming this birthright.” – 3HO Europe
Hey, thank you so much for yesterday’s class! I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the whole thing was beautiful, from the place itself, the energy it builds, your explanation of things and the calm non-judgey vibe you give off. Since the class I feel a little calmer and less bogged down, which is defo something I struggle with. Also, I’m not a napper, but yesterday afternoon I went for a 2 hour nap! 😂 not sure if that’s a thing! Thank you again xxx
Heyy Geet.. what an amazing yoga session, bieng my first time I thought I would struggle with my back and breathing techniques, but I was amazed how great I handle it.. I came in feeling heavy headed, but afterwards I suddenly felt a warmth release. I really enjoyed the breathe work and your voice was so soothing. I loved how you explained every detail it really made me feel like coming back and doing more. I really loved your delicious food spread as usual, you always make us feel welcome and loved, so I thank you for that. Much love xxx
What’s Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice that works the body, mind, and spirit. The practice includes physical exercises as well as meditation. It can unlock your potential, reveal your true you, and help you become your most excellent self.
The oldest of all traditional forms of yoga, Kundalini is considered to be the mother of all yogas. It is a comprehensive practice that includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (posture), kriya (a series of exercises), mantra, and meditation. It’s a spiritual practice as well as physical one.
A typical class includes breathwork, a kriya (a series of exercises), deep relaxation often accompanied by a gong, and meditation. Teachers follow proven “recipes,” teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by the Master Yogi Bhajan (1929-2004). The practice is for everybody. Students of all ages and abilities can benefit.
